Welcome to Team Hodgins!  We're here to help you on your journey in health and fitness - whether virtually online or in person!  We are only given one body, and we believe that we need to work to keep it as healthy and physically fit as we are able to and we  want to help you do the same.    We will help you eat healthy, find a workout program that is best for you as well as provide support, encouragement and accountability every step of the way.

What makes our workouts so effective and why are people getting in the best shape of their lives with Team Hodgins? 

The answer: High Intensity aerobic and anaerobic Interval training, Flexibility & Strength Training and NUTRITION!  ...Well that and your coaches, uh hem...   :)
Both Turbo Kick and HIIT Circuit are designed to be high-intensity exercise, which forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts AND use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise and after our workout is done.  As a result, we experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently—as much as 1,000 calories per hour when we train this way!
  • Turbo Kick®  Turbo Kick's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) kickboxing and martial arts moves are fast paced but fun and approachable and largely motivated by music!!  It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals and strength/endurance training. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.  You push yourself to YOUR intensity level - we're all at different fitness levels and that's ok! No matter what, you will sweat, burn calories, get results and have a blast!
  • HIIT Circuit Training!  Don't be a cardio junkie!  Our High Intensity Interval Circuit Training combines cardio and strength moves that will blast fat and sculpt muscle with bursts of maximum-intensity exercises and short periods of rest.  You will be  constantly challenged to develop both strength and cardiovascular endurance concurrently and earn the body and fitness level you desire.
  • PiYo™  is a dynamic blend of Yoga, Pilates and athletic movements fused  into one unique format that focuses on total body strength, power, balance and flexibility.   Because Strength and cross training is a key to losing or maintaining a healthy weight we've added this amazing format that includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced so either way - you get results.  You'll earn increased overall strength and balance, greater stability and flexibility - and the sculpted abs and toned muscles will be the icing on the cake! If you want core conditioning and strength training, PiYo Strength is your answer. While focusing on energy, power and rhythm, this format calls for yoga rebels!  
  • Personal Training is available with certified Personal Trainer Steve Hodgins for those who prefer one on one training.  Various packages are available, please contact Steve for a consultation at coach@TeamHodgins.com
