What makes our workouts so effective and why are people getting in the best shape of their lives at Team Hodgins? 

 The answer: High Intensity aerobic and anaerobic Interval training...Well that and your coaches, uh hem...   :)   )
Both Turbo Kick and Insanity are designed to be high-intensity exercise, which forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts AND use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise and after our workout is done.  As a result, we experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently—as much as 1,000 calories per hour when we train this way!

  • Turbo Kick®  is a cardio kickboxing class of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals and strength/endurance training. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.  You push yourself to YOUR intensity level - we're all at different fitness levels and that's ok!
  • INSANITY®  uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.   INSANITY's high-intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts.  That incredible fat burn and the amazing total-body transformation INSANITY produces has made it one of the top-selling extreme fitness programs of all time.   • PiYo™  is a dynamic blend of Yoga, Pilates and athletic movements fused  into one unique format that focuses on total body strength, power, balance and flexibility.   Because Strength and cross training is a key to losing or maintaining a healthy weight we've added this amazing format that includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced so either way - you get results.  You'll earn increased overall strength and balance, greater stability and flexibility  and the sculpted abs and toned muscles will be the icing on the cake! 
  • Training Camp!  Don't be a cardio junkie!  Get your strength training with our Resistance Band training that will work and develop your muscles just like weights!  We also incorporate some MAX Interval Training -  long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest at the end.  You will be  constantly challenged to get the hardest body you've ever had.

  • Family Pass! You and your spouse, or child and parent - any 2 from the same household can come to unlimited classes  for $50 a month for 2 of you Workout together, or choose different classes or you can both do every one that we have - 2 of you, any number of classes, $50 a month!
  • Student Discount - $15 a month gets you access to as many classes as you can take - as long as you get your school work done first! :)  Just bring your school or college id when you register and $15 a month gets you unlimited access to all of our workouts!
  • Veterans Discount – Are you or your spouse a Vet or actively serving our country?  Then we want to honor you!  You can get unlimited classes with Team Hodgins for $25 a month – almost 30% off!  Thank you for all you’ve done and/or do on our behalf!
